Our Work

The Duke Family Foundation gives annually to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho using proceeds from the Windfall Classic. In addition, we select up to two addition 501(c)(3) organizations with a focus on capital campaigns and permanent improvements. We donate to other community organizations throughout the year on an ad hoc basis. Meet our 2021 charities:

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho
Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 5 through young adulthood in our community. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
CATCH
CATCH helps families with children get back on their feet. By providing housing first, then working with families to address their challenges, we offer a new beginning which leads to self sufficiency in over 80% of participating families. We bring together regional government, congregations of faith, local businesses, and other charitable organizations for one purpose: housing homeless families.
Idaho Youth Ranch
Idaho Youth Ranch is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency that offers emergency shelter, residential care, youth and family therapy, job readiness training, adoption services, and more for kids and their families. We also operate a network of thrift stores that help fund our youth programs and services.
